Are seasoned tradelines from Apex Credit Services worth the money?

They have ten year old tradelines for $899.99 and two year old tradelines for $399. Is it worth the money to get a seasoned tradeline and is a 10 year tradeline really worth $500 more or would I be better off saving money and getting the 2 year tradeline?
